Referral System Issue – Not Receiving Any Gift Credits

Hi,
I used my referral link to invite a new user, and they successfully signed up through that link. However, I haven’t received any credit or gift rewards from the referral program.

Does anyone know if:

  • there’s a delay before credits appear?

  • an additional step is required to validate the referral?

  • or if the system is currently experiencing an issue?

The credits should appear quickly – is it possible the user already had logged into v0 before?

I can confirm that the person I invited had never used v0 before, never created an account, and signed up for the first time using my referral link.

Since the system still didn’t credit my account with the referral gift, I would really appreciate if this could be checked on your side. Otherwise, it becomes difficult for me to recommend the referral program if the rewards don’t get applied as expected.

Could you please verify the referral event manually or let me know what the next step is?
