Refresh remaining catalog fields for the existing SEO Starter template

Hi Vercel Community team,

I maintain SEO Next.js Starter. The README on the existing listing now reflects v1.0.0, but the catalog title, description, cover image, top-level demo link, and top-level Deploy button still use the old values. Could you route this to the Templates content team and update those fields while preserving the existing slug?
