Hello, just got charged for team pro. I belived i had cancelled my subscription. Already talked to the AI but i haven't got any response from the team. How can i get a refund? Today was the automatic charge, just a few hours ago.

You should be able to create Billing ticket using vercel.com/help form. Let us know if you are facing any issue. The AI bot should prompt you to create ticket once you describe the issue in details.
I already did that, how long will you guys take to respond? I'm worried that if days pass i won't be able to get a refund? I'm not using any of vercel services anyways to not use credits or nothing. Could you tell me when will I get an answer?
