Hello,
We are experiencing a regional TLS handshake failure for the custom domain https://kidzo.ru.
Current configuration:
- The domain is verified in Vercel.
- Vercel reports Valid Configuration.
- DNS consistently resolves to the required Vercel target.
- Cloudflare proxy is disabled.
- There are no conflicting A, AAAA, or CNAME records.
- There are no restrictive CAA records.
- The Production deployment is READY.
- The technical Vercel Production URL returns HTTP 200.
Observed behavior:
- The website opens successfully from some networks, including a mobile connection.
- From another monitoring region, HTTPS consistently fails before receiving an HTTP response.
- Windows curl reports a SCHANNEL connection failure/reset.
- Node.js reports ECONNRESET during the TLS handshake.
- Plain HTTP returns 200 instead of redirecting to HTTPS.
The domain was monitored continuously for 60 minutes on September 17, 2026. No function crashes, timeouts, 502 responses, or origin failures appeared in the Vercel logs.
The application itself appears healthy because the technical Production URL works correctly. This looks like a regional Vercel TLS certificate propagation or edge-routing problem.
Could a Vercel team member please investigate TLS availability for kidzo.ru across edge regions?
No DNS, domain, deployment, or application changes have been made since the issue was detected.
