registration@vercel.com is unresponsive,

Hi Vercel team,

I’m having trouble creating a Vercel account with GitHub.

I originally registered using Google with the same email address that is tied to my GitHub work account. I deleted that Vercel account so I could re-register using GitHub, but Vercel still won’t allow the signup.

I already emailed registration@vercel.com, but haven’t received a response after a week. My case number is 01256039.

Could someone please help review or escalate this?

I found your case and confirmed it’s assigned to the right team. They have access to specialized tools to help with account verification and recovery.

It’s better to use the account recovery form rather than email to ensure the team has all of the info they need to solve your case as quickly as possible. However, there is no need to open a new case now since you already have one open.
