Release vercel/ms v3.0.0 as stable

I was wondering if it was planned to release vercel/ms version 3.0.0 as stable. It seems to have been more than 2 years in which the project seems to have been abandoned and there is no response from vercel, despite many requests from the community. https://github.com/vercel/ms/issues/184

Hello, I think it's quite awesome that this package is now written in TypeScript! Since it's been over half a year since the last v3 canary, I would like to ask whether a final release is planned yet.

I ask directly here since on the vercel/ms repository there seems to be no activity from the maintainers, so the latest messages and requests may have gone unnoticed.

I'm checking with the engineering team about their plans for vercel/ms v3 now. I'll update here when I have more info.

I heard back from some of our engineers. They want to do another canary release with the changes that have been merged since 3.0.0-canary.1

Then a stable release could happen after ensuring the newest code changes are ready for stable release.

Hi When do they plan to publish the 3.0.0-canary.2 that includes they latest changes ?
