Remove my credit card from Free Plan account

My account is currently on a Free Plan, and I don’t have any active subscriptions or paid services. However, I cannot remove my credit card (ending with 6410) directly from my account settings.

Could you please remove this payment method from my account manually, as I don’t have another card to replace it with?
