Team: port-52 (Hobby). Domains: queue-mate.com, www.queue-mate.com.
I removed the domain from my team's Domains page on Oct 2, 2026 (it was "Third Party" DNS and was never attached to a project). The dashboard and the API now show no domain anywhere (team domains: 0, project aliases: 0, personal account: 0), but the domains are still configured as alternate domain names on a Vercel-owned Amazon CloudFront distribution (AWS account ending in 900156, distribution ID ending in HA045KZ).
Hitting a CloudFront edge with Host: queue-mate.com still returns server: Vercel, x-vercel-error: DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND and a Let's Encrypt certificate for the domain. So the deployment link is gone, but the CloudFront alias + certificate were never released.
Because of that I cannot attach the domains to my own CloudFront distribution: CNAMEAlreadyExists, and AssociateAlias can't move them because the source distribution belongs to another account and is still enabled.
The only thing left on my team is the system-issued certificate cert_KUFi7FGUUStlMDR6j2Vmdufu (cns: queue-mate.com, www.queue-mate.com, created 2026-09-30, autoRenew on). Deleting it returns cert_deletion_denied ("SSL Certificates provided by the system cannot be deleted"). I also went through the support assistant at vercel.com/help — it prepared a case, but the form says Domains cases aren't available on the Hobby plan.
DNS for the domain is hosted on Amazon Route 53 (not Vercel), so this is not a propagation or cache issue.
Request: could someone on the Vercel team release queue-mate.com and www.queue-mate.com (and that certificate) from the edge network / CloudFront distribution? Thank you!
