Getting this this morning. Is there a better way to report an outage? incident.io always shows v0 is up when it’s not really.
Task Stopped
The task was stopped because the agent encountered an unrecoverable error.

Seems back online now. Again.. would prefer there to be some transparency around availability.
Spoke too soon! Still getting intermittent weirdness, like this error:
Agent Error An error occurred while the agent was working, CodeProject tool is not available
Hi @rtruxler, I’m sorry you are facing this issue.
It doesn’t show up on incident yet because It seems like an isolated issue related to your project and we don’t have widespread reports yet.
Can you share the chat ID or URL here so we can inspect? (Make sure it’s private)
Also, our status page is:
Yes, I know where your status page is, that wasn’t my question. The question is how to report issues. Relying on the v0 team passively noticing spikes in errors doesn’t seem to work well. I’ve noticed downdetector and other sites like that crowdsource outages faster than your own incident.io dashboard.
Appreciate the feedback!
As Anshuman shared above, if you have a chat ID or URL we can take a look at to help you out if you’re still seeing this issue.
Thank you ![]()
Hey @rtruxler! Just checking in to see if you’re still experiencing those intermittent issues or if you found a solution. Your feedback about reporting outages is super valuable, and I’m here to help if you need anything!
this particular issue is long solved – I’m just still wishing there was a way to report an actual outage. Like today, when auth was broken for a bit, the incident / status page of v0 cheerily said all was well.
Thank you for the feedback - we hear you! I’ll make sure this is shared.
