Request: Add support to Custom Environments on Azure DevOps Extension

Hi,

I started to try out custom environments, but given the lack of support for specifying target environments on the Azure DevOps Extension, we’re limited to manually redeploying builds.

It would be nice if we could have such option instead of plain production true or false.
