Request for Account Recovery and Deployment Restoration – CarbonMandi.com - Help

Dear Vercel Support Team,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding the recovery of the CarbonMandi.com deployment and associated Vercel project.

Indian Bravehearts is the legal owner of the Carbon Mandi trademark and the registered owner of the CarbonMandi.com domain. Unfortunately, a former business partner who previously had access to the Vercel account has removed/deleted the deployment and the associated GitHub repository without my authorization. As a result, I no longer have access to the original deployment or project.

To establish my ownership, I am attaching the following documents:

Trademark Registration Certificate for Carbon Mandi
Proof of ownership of the CarbonMandi.com domain
Any additional identity or supporting documents you may require

I respectfully request your assistance in:

Verifying my ownership of the Carbon Mandi brand and CarbonMandi.com domain.
Restoring the deleted Vercel deployment or project, if backups are available.
Transferring administrative ownership of the Vercel project to my account, if possible.
Advising me on any additional verification steps required to regain control of the deployment.

The deletion of the deployment was carried out by a former partner without my authorization, and I am trying to restore access to my legitimate business assets.

Hey . You can use the form at vercel.com/abuse to open a DCMA or Trademark violation report.

The domain appears to be registered through GoDaddy (https://www.whois.com/whois/carbonmandi.com), so you'll need to work with them if you've lost control of the domain. Vercel doesn't have access to make changes in their systems.

Vercel also won't have the ability restore a deleted GitHub repository. You should contact GitHub support right away to get their help restoring your access to the repo.
