I am currently using Vercel's free Hobby plan.

I would like to request a review of whether mer.vercel.app is eligible for release under Vercel's Inactivity Policy.

The website currently hosted at this URL appears to date back to around 2019. However, I understand that the age of a website alone does not necessarily indicate that it is inactive.

If Vercel determines that this URL is eligible for release, I would appreciate the opportunity to use it with my existing free Hobby plan.

My absolute condition is that both the release and subsequent use of the URL must be completely free of charge ($0).

I do not authorize any paid plan upgrades, paid trials, domain purchases, transfer fees, or any other one-time or recurring charges.

If the URL cannot be released and used for free, please leave my account, projects, and domain settings unchanged and simply let me know.
