Hello Vercel Team,
I'm an independent developer from Argentina, and I use Vercel Hobby to host several applications that I've built for small businesses.
Unfortunately, my account recently reached the 10,000 Blob Simple Operations limit, causing all three of my Blob stores to be suspended until November 11, 2026.
The affected stores are:
neo-catalog-blobdr-phone-catalog-blobblob-joaquin
These stores are connected to active applications, and the suspension is affecting their normal operation.
According to my dashboard, my current usage is:
- Blob Simple Operations: 10,000 / 10,000
- Blob Data Storage: 935.49 MB / 1 GB
- Blob Data Transfer: 5.5 GB / 10 GB
- Blob Advanced Operations: 1,100 / 2,000
I understand that I've reached the usage limit, and I take responsibility for optimizing my applications to prevent this from happening again.
However, I'm currently facing financial difficulties and cannot afford to upgrade to Pro. I also have outstanding Neon Marketplace invoices, which prevent me from upgrading.
I already contacted Vercel Help and attempted the one-time courtesy unblock option, but received this error:
"This endpoint only works for teams that are currently soft-blocked."
My request is not to export or migrate my files. I would sincerely appreciate a one-time courtesy reactivation of my existing Blob stores, so I can continue operating my applications under the Hobby plan.
If a full quota reset is not possible, could the Vercel team consider a temporary exception or another way to restore normal Blob access until the next usage cycle?
I'm committed to reducing unnecessary operations and staying within the free plan limits going forward.
I would be very grateful if a Vercel team member could review my situation.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
