Request for refend due to accidental purchase

I am writing to follow up on a refund request for an accidental purchase on May 1, 2025, I intended to subscribe to the v0 plan ($20), but I mistakenly subscribed to a $20 Vercel Pro plan instead, As soon as I noticed the mistake, I switched my plan back to the Hobby tier and have not used any benefits of the Pro subscription.
I would like to kindly request a full refund for this accidental purchase so that I can proceed with the correct v0 subscription.
I previously submitted a support ticket 2 days ago. But have not yet received a response. Due to the urgency of this matter, I am reissuing this request for immediate assistance.

Actual Purchase: $20 Subscription Plan (Vercel Pro)
Transaction Date: Paid May 1, 2025

The error occurred due to accidentally selecting Vercel instead of v0 while purchasing. I kindly ask for either a full refund of the accidental purchase or one month of V0 premium.
