Hello Vercel Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a temporary exception for access to Vercel services for users in Iran.
Due to the ongoing internet disruptions and restrictions in Iran caused by the war between the United States and Iran, the government has implemented limitations on internet access. At the moment, Vercel IPs and services are technically reachable, but because internet traffic is being NATed by the government, Vercel only sees the shared infrastructure IPs of Iran’s internet gateways. As a result, legitimate users are being incorrectly blocked and are encountering 403 DDoS Migration errors.
We kindly ask you to temporarily whitelist these infrastructure IPs so that users in Iran can continue to access Vercel and its services during this period.
We also want to note that it is not practical for customers to contact every domain owner hosted on Vercel and ask them individually to add these IPs to a bypass system. There would be thousands of requests to send, and in many cases the affected services are free or hosted by small teams that cannot respond quickly.
This request is strictly temporary and intended only until the war ends and the current internet restrictions are lifted.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards.
