Hello Vercel team,

I need help recovering data from a private Vercel Blob store owned by my Hobby team. The store is currently reported as limits-exceeded-suspended / usageQuotaExceeded=true. Its metadata still shows 6 objects and 16,372 bytes, and the Blob token is reported as not expired. The store is linked to the project nqd-resident-daemon.

Could you please advise whether the store can be temporarily reactivated in read-only mode, or whether Vercel Support can assist with exporting the existing objects without writing, deleting, or overwriting anything?

I would also appreciate clarification on:

1. Which exact quota category caused the suspension (storage, operations, transfer, or another limit).
2. The date/time when the suspension began and when access is expected to be restored, if applicable.
3. The safest supported procedure to list and download all existing private blobs while preserving their contents and metadata.

I am not requesting any writes, deletions, deployment changes, or quota circumvention. The sole objective is a read-only recovery/export of the existing data.
