Request to Reactivate My Vercel Account

I’m reaching out regarding my Vercel account, which is currently paused. I understand this may have occurred due to exceeding the free-tier usage limits.

Since then, I have identified and deleted the project that caused the overage — it was related to continuous web deployment testing running simultaneously from multiple devices. My current usage is now well within the allowed thresholds.

I kindly request that my account be reactivated. Please let me know if there are any further steps I need to take to complete this process.

Additionally, I’d appreciate your guidance on the best channel to contact the Vercel team directly for future account or usage-related issues.

Hi, I have unpaused your account so you should be good to go

We don’t automatically unpause to avoid situations where an untreated runaway function starts and instantly consumes the usage limit again, so posting here is the right option
