Request to Remove Published Project Causing Performance Issues

Hello V0 Team,

I’ve been an active user of your platform and greatly appreciate the tools you provide, especially the AI-powered interface builder.

Since publishing, I’ve experienced serious performance issues when trying to use the chat or edit my project. It appears that the project is constantly updating or being re-evaluated by the system, which causes heavy lag and makes the service almost unusable.

I believe the issue may be related to how the published state interacts with ongoing AI checks or updates. To resolve this, I kindly request that you remove or unpublish my project from the community section so that I can return to regular use of the platform.

If needed, I can confirm ownership and provide additional details.

Thank you very much for your support, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Abdulla

What are you seeing that makes you think publishing to the community is the issue?

If you do want to take it down anyway, you can share the link here and I’ll get that done for you

Thank you Jacob Paris! Here is the link to unpublish https://v0.dev/chat/adaptive-mental-health-ui-b1WQnBwS6kx

Oh you’re right that is very slow

This is almost definitely caused by being almost 400 versions long though, you can click Fork at any time to create a fresh chat with your same code, integrations, and deployment settings, and then when you deploy the new chat (in the same Project) it will take over as the main deployment

I rarely get above v20 in my own projects, and I make a fork almost every time I deploy

It looks like we’ve rolled out self-serve for this now so you can go to Settings → Community and click the switch to unpublish it at any time

Since I am developing a scientific project, I needed to save all the records, so I did not delete all this data, but with the publication option, I think that only the most recent ones are published.

Thank you for your initiative to help, next time I will be more careful with the publication.

I feel sorry for the wasted time, I remember that since the free plan had a limited number of questions per day, I started using this service every day, despite the circumstances.

You will still have access to the older messages after you click fork

They’re all collected here under the Project and you can rename and keep them for historical records

I want to sharpen, but what setting did you mean? If these are the settings of the chat itself, then I won’t even be able to use it, it won’t even open for me.
