Request to unpause Hobby team "madjids-projects" - paused since Sep 9, causes fixed - Help

Hi Vercel team,

My Hobby team madjids-projects has been paused since September 9, 2026 (reason FAIR_USE_LIMITS_EXCEEDED, overage type Fast Origin Transfer). I had already used the one-time temporary limit increase in August, so the dashboard now only offers an upgrade to Pro. I'd like to ask for a manual unpause.

The project is a hobby retro gaming catalog (Next.js 16). The main sources of origin transfer were images proxied through a function and middleware invocations. I've worked on both:

Before the pause (deployed Aug 28): images are streamed instead of buffered, blocked crawlers no longer receive images, the middleware matcher no longer runs on paths that need no check, and maintenance traffic is redirected via redirects() in next.config.ts instead of going through the middleware.
Since the pause (committed, will go live on the first deploy after unpausing): the media proxies are closed on every hostname during maintenance, and images are served without a database read.

Usage has been at zero for six weeks. I'll monitor usage closely after unpausing and upgrade to Pro if the project still can't fit within Hobby limits.
