Requesting that the fair-use pause on our Hobby team be lifted.

Root cause: a bug in our client code caused a handful of forgotten test devices to poll an endpoint every 5 seconds, continuously, for several months. This went unnoticed since they were unclaimed test units, not part of our production fleet.

Fixed:

• Polling now uses exponential backoff instead of a constant 5s interval
• The stale test devices have been removed
