Request to update Public Suffix List data for edu.ug domains

Hi Vercel Team and Community,

I am attempting to add our institution domain (oist.edu.ug) and its subdomains (such as www.oist.edu.ug) to our Vercel project.

When attempting verification, Vercel requests a TXT ownership record at _vercel.edu.ug rather than _vercel.oist.edu.ug. Because edu.ug is managed by the national registry, individual domain holders cannot add DNS records at the _vercel.edu.ug root.

The .edu.ug suffix has been officially confirmed and added upstream to the Public Suffix List (PSL). Could you please update the platform's internal PSL dataset so that domains under .edu.ug are recognized as registrable apex domains?
