I am writing to request a manual review to unpause my Hobby account (Team: okall).
My account was recently paused due to a usage spike that exceeded the Fast Origin Transfer limits. After investigating, I identified a specific project responsible for the vast majority of this traffic due to inefficient asset handling and caching configurations.
Steps Taken
- Project Deletion: I have completely removed the project responsible for the spike from my dashboard to ensure no further limit violations occur.
- Audit: I have reviewed my remaining deployments to ensure they strictly follow Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines and have optimized headers where necessary.
Request
I understand that reactivation requires manual approval even after a usage reset. Could you please help me re-enable my account so I can continue my development workflow?
