Requesting manual review to unpause Vercel Hobby account after Fast Origin Transfer limit exceeded

Problem

Hello Vercel Team,

I am writing to request a manual review to unpause my Hobby account (Team: okall).

My account was recently paused due to a usage spike that exceeded the Fast Origin Transfer limits. After investigating, I identified a specific project responsible for the vast majority of this traffic due to inefficient asset handling and caching configurations.

Steps Taken

  1. Project Deletion: I have completely removed the project responsible for the spike from my dashboard to ensure no further limit violations occur.
  2. Audit: I have reviewed my remaining deployments to ensure they strictly follow Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines and have optimized headers where necessary.

Request

I understand that reactivation requires manual approval even after a usage reset. Could you please help me re-enable my account so I can continue my development workflow?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

John

We unfortunately can’t unpause until your limits are back under the free allotment, otherwise they would repause immediately. Based on your edge requests that’s probably around March 20 or 21

If you need to unpause sooner you’ll have to upgrade, but as soon as you’re back under the limits we can unpause for you here
