Requesting to unpause Vercel Hobby plan account after usage reset

Hello Vercel Support Team,

I am writing to request the unpause of my Hobby plan account.

  • I waited the full 30-day cycle for the monthly usage reset, but my account remains paused.

As a result of the pause, I am currently unable to create or deploy any new projects, which is affecting my development workflow.

Could you please help unpause my account, or let me know if any additional steps are required on my side?

Hi @unstable108, your account was paused for violating Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines. Accounts paused for violations are not automatically unpaused.

I’ve unpaused it now after a manual review.
