Resolving Neon integration and Vercel account deletion errors

I can’t delete my account and my Vercel Neon integration. As you can see from the following screenshots, I am stuck even though I don’t have an organization I can’t delete my account. Even if I dont have any organization or project, it throws an error.

Also my Vercel account stuck with “Deletion Pending” on the integration page because of this same reason.

Thus, I can’t delete my team and Vercel keeps charging me, even though I do not use the service.

I tried to reach Neon for support but for some ridiculous reason they paygated the support and does not respond me.

I’m sorry you’re facing this issue.

Integration deletions can take up to 24 hours to settle. When did you start the deletion?

Thus, I can’t delete my team and Vercel keeps charging me, even though I do not use the service.

You can downgrade your Pro team to Hobby from Vercel dashboard, while you wait for this deletion, just to ensure you are not charged again.

The first image, however is unrelated to Vercel, and I think you should try their Community support.
