Resolving 'Task stopped' unrecoverable agent errors in v0

does anyone know why all of a sudden this message keeps appearing? help would be appreciated}

Hi we had the same issue the only fix we can find and v0 have said as much is to duplicate the chat and go from there looks like it hits a hard limit on the chat cache
