retech.biz.my is blocked. API apexName is biz.my and requires TXT at _vercel.biz.my. We only own retech.biz.my. The exact TXT is live at _vercel.retech.biz.my on two public resolvers but verification fails. biz.my is already in ICANN PSL: https://publicsuffix.org/list/public_suffix_list.dat . Please investigate incorrect apex parsing. Production vercel.app works, custom domain has TLS failure and DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND.
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.
Update: Team Domains > Connect External also rejects retech.biz.my: "This domain is owned by another account but verification is not available." Project dashboard and API require _vercel.biz.my. Please have staff investigate the ownership boundary and provide a claim path for retech.biz.my without claiming the public suffix.
