This looks like a client side issue, I’m not seeing any records in the back end that suggest the agent was working for that long, so it’s inconvenient that you were left waiting but fortunately there don’t appear to be any associated charges with a runaway agent or similar issues.
In general most requests should finish within a minute, and the v0 agent is persistent so you can safely refresh the page while it’s generating if you ever suspect it’s stuck
