Setting thresholds for spike alerts

Is there a way to set a threshold that must be exceeded before an alert is triggered? I get many emails with subjects such as “5xx status codes increased by 300×” which is really scary until clicking into the alert and it is 6 alerts up from 0.

I would like to be able to set a minimum threshold of say 50 before an alert is triggered. That will greatly reduce the alerts allowing us to focus on those that are meaningful.

Hi @christophermanuele-6! Today there is no way to specify a threshold, but we’re actively working on providing more granular control over this at the moment.

We are also working on updating the detection logic though so that we don’t trigger alerts on low thresholds like the example you provided.
