I am having trouble with a user of my webapp wareminders.com
The user is located in the sin1
region (Malaysia and Singapore), he’s is unable to use my app.
He previously accessed it without issues, but now he encounters a blank screen when navigating to the app.
All my logs for this region at the time the screenshot was taken show a 200 OK response. This happens with MS Edge and Chrome.

Sorry to hear your user was having trouble with site access. Is this still happening for your visitors from sin1

Amy, thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.
It is not happening anymore, we fixed it by making the user restart her laptop, perhaps it was something related to her laptop’s DNS resolution.
I’ll follow up with her and if it happens again I will reply to this post.
