Hello community, and thank you for this space. I recently published a website on Vercel belonging to a client. I’m having an issue with an external system called LOAN that they use to submit the digital signature form for loans. I need help because I don’t understand the problem.
They sent me a message stating it was a hosting/infrastructure provider issue, but I can’t resolve it.
Should I request an IP address or DNS from them?
