Since it seems an ISP in Nigeria may be blocking Vercel servers, you have a couple of options.

Use CNAME flattening for your apex domain with
cname.vercel-dns.com.as suggested above -
Switch to Vercel nameservers so internal routing systems can select an appropriate IP address to allow access
