The installed Slack integration in our Vercel Pro team fails when opening Configure. It redirects through the Vercel OAuth integration flow, then displays:
“Failed to fetch details. Please go back to your Configuration Page on Vercel.”
The account owner reproduced the same behavior on October 30, 2026. The installed integration Details page lists Vercel as developer. Its official Marketplace Resources → Support link points to vercel.com/help. However, the Help Center assistant declined to create a case because it classified the issue as a Marketplace integration problem, and referred us back to the same listing/community.
We need a supported way to diagnose or recover the existing configuration without granting additional access, reinstalling, removing subscriptions, changing environment variables or deploying. Listing subscriptions in one Slack channel does not diagnose the failing configuration lookup.
Can a Vercel maintainer confirm the correct private support route or identify a known issue with this configuration portal? Account and installation identifiers can be supplied through an appropriate private channel if required.
This public draft intentionally excludes account/team/project/installation IDs, domains, emails, credentials, webhook URLs and screenshots.
