Some Chinese users are using Vercel to build VPN

I have find that some Chinese users are using Vercel to build VPN，That's a bad thing! The reasons are as follows

China frequently banned ip that are used to provide VPN service, Vercel 's cdn connection in China could get worse over time.
Build VPN consume a large amount of bandwidth.

I suggest Vercel take action to against these accounts as soon as possible.They also create multiple accounts to bypass free limit.
