Speed Insights cannot be disabled on k9cupid project — ellipsis menu missing

I have Speed Insights showing as enabled on my k9cupid project (Hobby plan), and it is being added to my upgrade bill as $10/month.
I have:

  • Checked the Speed Insights page — there is no ellipsis menu and no disable option
  • Searched my entire repository for @vercel/speed-insights and SpeedInsights — 0 results
  • Speed Insights was never intentionally enabled by me
    This appears to be a known UI bug (similar to: Vercel Speed Insights ellipsis menu missing for disabling the feature)
    Can someone from Vercel manually disable Speed Insights on the k9cupid project?
