SSL certificate not refreshing automatically (stuck since Oct 4)

Hello Vercel Team and Community,

Our project wordpress-nextjs-project_v2 is deployed successfully on Vercel.
Both oto-maru.com and www.oto-maru.com show “Valid Configuration” but the SSL certificates have not been automatically renewed since Oct 4.

Details

  • DNS:
    oto-maru.com → A 216.198.79.1
    www.oto-maru.com → CNAME 77e1ce24a4513709.vercel-dns-017.com
  • Cloudflare has been fully removed.
  • Both domains are connected to Production (not redirect-only).
  • Certificates still show “AGE: Oct 4” and issuer = Cloudflare Managed G1.
  • We expect Let’s Encrypt (R11) with SAN entries: *.oto-maru.com and oto-maru.com.

Could someone from the Vercel team help trigger a manual certificate reissue?

Your certificate is valid till 1st January.

Our system will renew automatically prior 15-20 days before expiry When is the SSL Certificate on my Vercel Domain renewed?
