I'm on google chrome on my first certificate I get this and a 2nd I get this?

• What browser are you using, and what version number is installed?
• What happens if you try from a different browser, device, or network?

I'm using Google (latest) It worked before, I've cleared browser caches restarted device cleared local cache and am about to get a friend to test it from another IP.
