Stale domain alias causes conflicting attachment state between two Vercel projects

Hi,

I’m seeing an inconsistent domain attachment state between two projects in the same Vercel team.

Team: rmjabors-projects

Projects:

cifrei-app — prj_sEZW18eQUl50bajwq8zf2JLIMGMu
cifrei-dre — prj_HnlUTzPrXAVnAVQlaYqOVZJQ9GYS

Affected domains:

cifrei.app.br
www.cifrei.app.br

The state is contradictory:

vercel domains inspect reports the domains on cifrei-app.
The project-domain API queried by project ID reports both domains attached and verified on cifrei-dre.
Adding the apex to cifrei-dre returns alias_conflict.
Removing it from cifrei-app returns that the domain is not assigned to that project.

Vercel’s own diagnostic indicated that the domains are already associated with cifrei-dre, but the production deployment target on cifrei-app still retains historical alias references.

We have stopped all add/remove/force operations to avoid making the state worse.

Could someone from Vercel help reconcile the stale alias/domain attachment so that all APIs and CLI commands consistently reflect:

cifrei.app.br → cifrei-dre
www.cifrei.app.br → cifrei-dre

Please do not move the domains back to cifrei-app.

This does not appear to be a DNS, ownership, SSL, or propagation issue.

The inconsistency is internal to Vercel:

vercel domains inspect reports the domains on cifrei-app;
the project-domain API by project ID reports both domains attached and verified on cifrei-dre;
adding them to cifrei-dre returns alias_conflict;
removing them from cifrei-app says they are not assigned there.

Vercel’s own diagnostic also indicated stale historical alias references on the production deployment target of cifrei-app.

Could someone from Vercel please review/reconcile the internal alias/domain attachment state?
