Our dashboard cannot load because a static JS file is not fully downloaded.

Windows curl 8.21.0 over HTTP/1.1 establishes TLS and receives HTTP 200, X-Vercel-Cache: HIT and Content-Length: 234867. It downloads only about 20.8 KB, then stops making progress until timeout.
Two observations from 4 October 2026:
- 14:42:43 UTC, resolved IP 216.198.79.65: 20781 bytes received, timeout after 20015 ms. Request ID: arn1::l7wdd-1791124963829-3c9768e849c0.
- 14:49:22 UTC, --resolve to 216.198.79.1: 20782 bytes received, timeout after 20001 ms. Request ID: arn1::7mrj-1791125362683-06ce1f4d54fe.
The issue is reported across browsers/devices and another network; VPN on/off did not resolve it. A separate cloud client using another edge can download this same asset completely and navigate the authenticated dashboard.
The observed failures happen while receiving a static cached file, before application JavaScript can execute. We have not established whether the problem is on the ARN edge, its transit path, or the client network.
Could the Vercel team inspect delivery/disconnect telemetry for these two request IDs and suggest a supported mitigation? We were referred here because dedicated CDN/Edge Network support is unavailable on the current Hobby account.
