Store: lifort-ecosystem-blob (project lifort-ecosystem, Hobby plan) Suspended: Aug 17, 2026 at Advanced Operations 2,019 / 2,000 Every request returns: "Vercel Blob: This store has been suspended"
The rolling 30-day window has been BELOW the limit for two days and keeps falling: 1,913 → 1,828 (Aug 25) → 1,766 (Aug 26). The store has not reactivated.
I have already tried everything available to me:
- The "Unblock My Account" self-service form returns "This endpoint only works for teams that are currently soft-blocked." My team is NOT soft-blocked — the suspension is at the store level.
- The support assistant prepared a support case, but CDN > Blob on Hobby is not eligible and redirects here.
Root cause was found and fixed, deployed Aug 25:
- snapshot writes cost 3 advanced ops (list + put + list) — now 1-2
- health/weekly/monthly endpoints used list() to find the latest file — now fixed paths read via get(), zero advanced ops on reads
- push interval floor raised to 10 minutes (was effectively ~30 seconds) Expected usage is now 400-660 ops/month against the 2,000 limit. The daily usage chart confirms it: near-zero operations since the fix went live.
Thread 48201 describes the same situation — the automatic unblock date passed with no effect, and a staff member unsuspended the store manually.
Could someone from Vercel apply the same one-time, data-preserving reactivation to this store? It holds the only complete copy of a handwritten journal, and the app has been unable to sync for 9 days.
