Student Verification Completed but still see Free Plan

I’ve already completed the student verification process by receing the 6 digit code and entered on the link that I got it in my student email to receive one year of free v0 Premium, but my account still shows the free plan.

My login email is different from my student email—could that be the reason?

I havent heard back from the Admin. Can you look into this please?
