Submit case from Hobby plan

I’m having an issue purchasing a domain and trying to send a customer support request, however this confirmation modal scares me a bit claiming it will be created under my Pro team.

I do not own a Pro team, and I am not a member of any teams with that blue/purple avatar. Will clicking submit

  • upgrade my account to Pro?
  • submit under one of my client’s Pro accounts, for which I am a member?

This looks like a bug in our support form which we need to investigate. Feel free to create the case in the meantime.

No it will not create any separate team other than one you already have.

Since you are choosing Hobby account, your ticket will be created under Hobby plan :100: . Please ensure you are mentioning the domain name you should be all good.

I will forward this support form bug internally.
