Subscription Issue

Title: Charged for Monthly Subscription but Ran Out of Credits After Few Generations

Hello everyone,

I’m working on educational tools for inclusive children using the v0 AI tools.
I was charged $20 on June 9th for the monthly subscription, but after just a few generations, I got a message that my credits are already depleted.

Has anyone else faced a similar problem?
I thought the monthly fee would include enough credits for regular use. Now I can’t generate more content, and I’m unsure if this is a bug or if I misunderstood how the credits work.

Would appreciate any advice or insights!

Hey @natoriklarius-1613. I checked the credit logs for your account to make sure you received your Premium credits. It looks like the $20 of credits were added and have been spent on messages using the large model.

The large model does use more credits than the other options. I use the medium model for most things, and the small model is a great way to limit credit use for for relatively simple tasks.
