Hey Vercel team,
The support chatbot always makes you to select the other product (vercel/V0), it’s evergoing loop. “this problem actually belongs to this product”. can you please fix the logic.
Also the support ticket was not fully loaded for the V0 side (couldnt submit).
Also, last time the case took you 1-week to answer - hopefully now with the funding you can give faster support. please dont rely on the bot too much - every user here can already get the bot answers straight from V0 or from other AI chats.
