After all Asks instead of generating what is asked, v0 pops "Task stopped The task was stopped because the agent encountered an unrecoverable error." It keeps occurring and v0 doesn’t react to any of my request, even after the rollbacks.
Has anyone seen similar issues and have fixed it?

That message is pretty generic, so I’d first separate a broken chat/project state from a broader v0 issue.
If it happens only in one project, try restoring the last known good version, then ask v0 to inspect before making changes:
The task keeps stopping with “The task was stopped because the agent encountered an unrecoverable error.” Do not change the UI yet. First inspect the project for build errors, install errors, dependency conflicts, invalid imports, missing environment variables, oversized files, infinite loops, or terminal commands that never finish. Report the likely cause before editing files.
If the project has a terminal available, also check whether the app builds outside the agent flow:
pnpm installpnpm build
or use the matching package manager from the repo, like npm or yarn.
If the build fails, the first real build error is probably what v0 is getting stuck on. If the build passes but every prompt still stops, I’d duplicate/remix the project or start from a fresh chat with the same repo/code to test whether the original chat state is corrupted.
If it also happens in a brand-new blank v0 project, then it is less likely to be your code and more likely an account/session/platform-side issue. In that case, share the rough timestamp, browser, and whether it happens in a new project too, but don’t post any private project links or secrets.
