Team Blocked by Fair Use Limits.

Hello,

My team is currently blocked due to fair use limits. I am a Pro user and primarily use v0.dev.

In addition, my account is now unable to create new teams — when attempting to do so, I receive nothing but it taking me back to the payment screen. I also attempted to repurchase the Pro plan, but the issue persists and the team remains locked. When trying to manage this via a hobby project, I am unable to proceed with any plan changes either.

I have submitted multiple support forms regarding this issue, but unfortunately have not received a resolution so far. At this point, I am unable to deploy any projects.

Could you please review this restriction and either:

  • Lift the fair use block on my current team, or

  • Migrate my projects to a fresh team / reset the team status?

  • Or Simply Me having to pay again i would understand, but then it would be a waste of money. - i also go to upgrade it won’t let me put in my card information and just list a card that isn’t on v0.dev as i removed it - Visa ending in 2813 this is not my card & it won’t let me change it

I would greatly appreciate any assistance, as this is currently blocking all development and deployments on my account.

I see you have v0 Premium but only Vercel Hobby, which has a 10GB limit on fast origin transfer. When you say you are a Pro user are you referring to your v0 Premium account? If so, these are separate – v0 is one way to build apps and Vercel is one way to host them

(if instead you mean you are in fact a Vercel Pro customer, then that subscription is likely on a different account and if we can find that account I can help you reconcile them)

The support team will need to help with the card info/billing as we don’t have access to payment info here unfortunately

I have no other accounts with the team plan!
