Hi everyone,
Our Vercel team was accidentally deleted. The team owned birrucreative.com, which we bought through Vercel on June 2, 2026, so we've lost access to the domain along with the team.
Current state:
- The domain is still registered (registrar: Name.com, expires June 2, 2027) and still points to
ns1/ns2.vercel-dns.com - Vercel DNS now refuses queries for the zone, so the site doesn't resolve and our production website is offline
- Adding the domain to our new team as an external domain returns:
The domain birrucreative.com is already managed by Vercel on name_dot_com
On October 10 I submitted a recovery request to Trust & Safety (case TNS_01XoB3L1AUeZGXcO). I haven't had a reply after 14 business days. Live chat support told me they can't access or follow up on that queue.
Either of these would resolve it:
- Move birrucreative.com to our new team, or
- Unlock the domain and provide the EPP/auth code so we can transfer it out
I'm happy to send proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) privately. Could someone from the Vercel team check on this case or let me know if anything else is needed?
