Email delivery can sometimes get caught in strict spam filters, but there is a super quick workaround so you don't have to wait on the automated message.
The most reliable fix is to have your client send you the direct invite link:
Ask your client to go to their Vercel dashboard and navigate to their Team Settings > Members.
Next to your pending email invitation, they can click to copy the direct invite link.
Have them drop that link to you in a quick DM or email.
Also, it is worth trying to just log into Vercel using that exact email address right now. Often, the invitation will already be waiting for you in your dashboard notifications or team dropdown menu, even if the email itself got lost in the void.
