Our team "Blue Out" (slug: blue-out, project blue-out, domain blueout.app) was paused for exceeding the Hobby Active CPU limit after a one-time bulk photo-upload test. On Sep 27 we started the Pro Trial (active Sep 27 - Oct 11, shown in Billing), but the team is still blocked: vercel --prod fails with "Your Team exceeded our fair use limits and has been blocked", and blueout.app returns 402 DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED. We also tried the in-dashboard support chat without a reply. We've already reduced our image-processing CPU usage by ~70%. Could someone from the Vercel team please lift the block? Thank you!
