I have been waiting for support person to help me fix my broken project. It collapsed every 4 seconds and the chat communication drops every 4 seconds as well. It take 1/2 hour to type and send 12 words.
Opened my ticket Saturday and have heard nothing since. What is the typical time to get a response from Vercel or v0 support? I have tickets on both! Is it a week? I have a pro account. I would go to Enterprise if the service was better. Now I’m just scared of Vercel all together. But when it works it’s awesome. Can anyone assist with wait expectations?
