The new system of creating database with supdabase in v0 getting stuck

so guys each time in each chat if v0 make a script for creating tables and data in supabase and the new design of apply scripts giving the users an apply button so these scripts are getting stuck in first script from applying , so to clearify if the ai agent made some scripts and in the chat all the script are showed to u always the first script will prevent u from applying it, and the rest of script will appy as always.
so fix it pls guys

same issue - has been persistent for 2 days - weird hallusination. it gives supabase executions even though there’s nothing supabase related in the prompt

I have somewhat similar problem except it says unknown error with syncing Supabase database to Vercel project.

I have already installed the Supabase integration and when I click the database I would like to sync the project to this is what shows up.
